I want to thank you all so very much for your patience in waiting for me to get back on Zoom over the past few weeks.
Some of you will be aware I moved house in the spring and with all the upheaval and travel plus renovations in our new house, it has taken much longer than I anticipated to get my yoga space (and general life 😜) in order.

In fact, it is still not really what I consider ‘camera ready’ but last week I gave myself a good reminder that we don’t need perfect conditions to share our yoga, we simply need a willingness to get on the mat 😉

✨So ready or not, I will be on Zoom tomorrow at 10am GMT!
No worries if you cannot make it, the recording will be uploaded shortly after the class.

As always any zoom classes are included with your Prana Yoga Online subscription at no extra cost. You can join the live Zoom or catch up on the recordings each week whenever it suits you.

Relax & De-Stress is a deeply nourishing 2 hour session with Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. This practice is intentionally designed to support your nervous system, release tension and invite you back into ease.

Expect supported restful postures, breath awareness, stillness and guided deep rest. No experience needed, just come as you are.

A morning of movement, rest and connection with Senior Yoga Teacher, Claire Dunniece…

The Summer Solstice is almost here ☀️

A time to celebrate the light, the fullness of summer and all that is flourishing around us.

This Saturday, we’ll gather at the beautiful Grainstore in Ballymaloe for a special Mini Retreat. Together we’ll move gently, rest deeply and take a few precious hours to slow down and reconnect.

Expect mindful movement, restorative yoga, soothing relaxation, tea, treats and my seasonal handmade oil blends, all designed to leave you feeling nourished, replenished and ready to embrace the fullness of summer.

Afterwards, you’re welcome to wander the gardens, browse the craft shop or enjoy lunch in the café and make a day of it.

This morning is open to everyone, whether you've never been to a yoga class or you've been practising for years. If your body is asking for some rest and your mind could do with a little quiet, you're welcome here.
