Myth or Fact? "Acupuncture is painful."

Myth!
Honestly, most people feel little to nothing at all — maybe a tiny pinch at most. The needles are hair-fine, so nothing like the injection needles you're thinking of! In fact, loads of my clients end up drifting off during their sessions, they're that relaxed. 😄

That headache? It might not actually be coming from your head. 🤔

Sounds strange, I know — but tension in your neck and shoulders can show up as a headache, and a tight jaw can cause pain somewhere else entirely. The spot that hurts isn't always where the problem started. That's referred pain, and it's way more common than people realise.

So funny , and such a gentleman to boot .
Spent so long chatting to all the fans afterwards.
Shhh - he also revealed he is a fan of Acupuncture 🥰. But we will keep that between us !
