For Wednesday Day 3 Challenge — THE REVIVAL
Today, do one thing from the list of what used to bring you alive.
The specific thing that arrived when you read that question.
Even a small version of it. Even fifteen minutes.
The painting. The walk in nature. The call to the friend who makes you laugh. The music you used to love. The book you keep meaning to start.
Just one. Just today.
Because the revival begins with one return.….SACRED REIKI CIRCLE REFLECTION
What used to bring you alive that you have stopped making time for?
Creating something. Making something. The hands busy with something that had no purpose except to be made.
Moving my body in a way I loved rather than in a way I was supposed to.
Reading. Slowly. For pleasure. A whole afternoon with a book.
Being in nature. Without a destination. Without a fitness goal. Just being there.
Spending time with people who make me laugh until it hurts.
Hit reply and tell me what it is.? Have a wonderful day namaste 🙏🏻 Trish

For@wednesday ..PAUSE. MEDITATION BREATHE. WRITE.
Quick and simple 3 minutes: Complete this sentence: “Something that used to bring me genuinely alive that I have stopped making time for is...” Be specific. The particular thing. The way it felt. How long it has been.
Go Deeper, 5 to 8 minutes: When did you stop? What happened? Was it a single decision or a gradual deprioritization? Did you tell yourself it was temporary, that you would get back to it when things settled?
And here is the most important question: what would your life look like if you made space for this again? What would be different? Who would you be?
Because the things that bring you most alive are usually the things most worth fighting for space for.

MINDFUL MOVEMENT: THE PLEASURE WALK WHICH I Do EVERY DAY AND ALSO ENCOURAGE MY YOGA 🧘 AND REIKI CLIENTS TO BRING INTO THEIR OWN LIFE AND MOVEMENT CLASSES
Today, take a walk whose only purpose is your own enjoyment.
Set no destination. Set no pace. Set no goal.
As you walk, pay attention exclusively to what you find pleasurable. The quality of the light. The temperature. The sound of your own footsteps. A color. A smell. A texture.
Let each pleasurable thing register fully before moving on.
Across traditions: Walking as a practice of pure presence and pleasure appears in Japanese forest bathing, Shinrin-yoku, where walking slowly through nature with full sensory attention is understood to have measurable wellbeing benefits. It also appears in the Sufi practice of walking meditation, where each step is a conscious act of gratitude and presence. In both traditions, the walk is not for going somewhere. It is for being somewhere.
The effect: Notice whether your body feels different at the end of a walk whose purpose was pure pleasure rather than exercise or efficiency. Notice what the enjoyment feels like when it is the point rather than the by-product. Enjoy your practice today and every day namaste 🙏🏻 Trish

For Wednesday Reclaim one joy today .I stopped doing the things that brought me joy so gradually I did not notice the loss.
The way you stop noticing background music until someone turns it off.
Then the silence.
That silence was the inventory. The things that bring you alive are still there.
You just stopped making time for them.
The Joy Inventory.
Five sections. What you used to love. What you keep saying one day. What makes time disappear. Who brings you alive. And one small joy available to you right now, today, with no conditions attached.Write ✍️ them down in your journal Fill it in slowly. Be specific. Be honest.see how you feel afterwards Without earning it first. START HERE: TODAY’S 10-SECOND MIRACLE What brings you joy ? Ask what it needs name what you loved most and begin the return journey Think of something that used to bring you genuine joy that you have stopped making time for.
Hold it for ten seconds.
Ask: what would it take to have this back in my life?
Notice whether the answer is a practical obstacle or a belief about deserving.
Because if it is a belief, today we begin to change it…food for thought 💭 have a wonderful day ahead namaste 🙏🏻 Trish

For Tuesday evening ..Day 2 Challenge — THE PERMISSION
Today, pick one thing you usually rush through and do it slowly.
The meal. The shower. The walk to the car.
Slowly. With full attention.
Notice what becomes available when you give the moment your presence instead of your management.
Tomorrow I look at what specifically used to bring you joy that you have stopped allowing yourself. Come back for it.
DAILY GRATITUDE MOMENT
Today, and every other day of the week be grateful for the moments of pleasure you have allowed yourself.
However few. However qualified by guilt.
The coffee you enjoyed. The conversation that made you laugh. The moment of beauty you let yourself notice.
Those were not accidents.
They were the part of you that knows pleasure is a right, breaking through the belief that says otherwise.
Be grateful for that part.
And give it more room today and every other day..CLOSING REIKI BLESSING
“Joy is not a reward for hard work. It is the oxygen that makes the hard work possible.”
— Unknown
May you loosen the belief today and every day.
The one that says good things must be earned before they can be had.
May you begin to understand that the belief was installed, not chosen.
And that you have the power to choose differently.
May you give yourself permission today.
Fully. Freely.
Because the feast has been ready.
And you have always deserved to sit down. . Enjoy your evening namaste 🙏🏻 Trish

For Tuesday TINY RITUAL: THE PERMISSION CANDLE
Light a candle today.
Just for you. For no reason other than the pleasure of it.
Let it burn while you do something you enjoy. Or simply let it burn while you sit quietly, doing nothing productive.
As you light it, say out loud: I give myself permission to enjoy this moment.
Across traditions: Candle lighting as a ritual of intention and permission appears across traditions — in Jewish Shabbat practice, where candles mark the beginning of a time of rest and pleasure; in many African spiritual traditions where candle flame represents the presence of the divine; in Buddhist practice where a lit flame represents the light of awareness. In all of these traditions, the lighting is an act of permission. A declaration that this time, this moment, this experience is sacred and worthy.
The effect: Notice what shifts when you make the pleasure intentional rather than incidental. When you give it the dignity of a ritual rather than the apology of something you squeezed in.
That shift is the whole practice.
TODAY’S AFFIRMATION
Take what you need. Leave the rest...SACRED REIKI CIRCLE REFLECTION
What would you do today if you truly believed you deserved good things?
Rest. Fully. Without guilt or justification.
Say yes to something I have been telling myself I will do when conditions are right.
Spend time with people who bring me alive rather than people I feel obligated to.
Create something. Just for the joy of making it.
Simply be present in my own life rather than managing it from a distance.
Hit reply and telL me Have a wonderful evening everyone namaste 🙏🏻 Trish

For Tuesday START HERE: TODAY’S 10-SECOND MIRACLE Notice the Guilt name the pleasure and Question the belief Think of something that brought you genuine pleasure recently.
Now notice: did guilt arrive alongside the pleasure?
Hold that for ten seconds.
Because if guilt arrived, that is not evidence you did something wrong.
It is evidence of a belief worth examining.

PAUSE. BREATHE MEDITATION . WRITE. 3 to 8 minutes
Quick and easy 3 minutes: Complete this sentence: “I learned that enjoyment had to be earned when...” Let the specific memory come. The moment. The person. The message.
Go Deeper, 5 to 8 minutes: Who taught you that pleasure was a reward rather than a right? Was it a parent who modeled endless productivity? A culture that equated worth with output? A religion that associated pleasure with sin or selfishness? An experience that made enjoyment feel dangerous or premature?
And here is the most important question: is that still true for you now? Does the belief that installed itself before you were old enough to question it actually reflect your values as an adult?
Because a belief inherited is not the same as a belief chosen.
And you can choose differently. Enjoy have a wonderful evening namaste 🙏🏻 Trish

For Tuesday..You do not have to earn joy I used to feel guilty when things felt good.
Then I understood.
The guilt was not wisdom.
It was a belief about deserving I had never chosen.something I asked before what have you been telling yourself you will enjoy when the time is right?
The most chosen answer, by 36%, was this: simply being present in my own life. Without managing it from a slight distance.
One of you wrote something that named the whole pattern perfectly: “I have been living on Someday Isle for a long time and have become a master of delayed gratification. Just as when I was little, I brush myself aside with a word: later. Now I am getting old enough that later does not suffice.”
Another wrote with such clarity: “My head seems to be in the clouds lately. I am trying to be some place in the future, not the here and now.”
And one of you wrote something that stopped me completely: “I have always wanted to go places and do things. I keep waiting for someone to do them with me. One day someone will take me places and let me enjoy them.”Today we look at where the waiting came from.
And whether the time will ever feel more right than right now. Have a wonderful day today namaste Trish 🙏🏻 ❤️

For Saturday Every time you choose courage over comfort, you’re teaching your nervous system something powerful: I can do hard things, and I’ll be okay.

Growth isn’t about never feeling fear. It’s about taking one small step anyway. With each experience, your confidence grows, your resilience deepens, and what once felt overwhelming begins to feel familiar.

Healing often looks like showing up before you feel completely ready. And each time you do, your body learns that safety can exist on the other side of fear.food for thought 💭 Have a wonderful day namaste 🙏🏻 Trish
