I've been so busy setting up my new Nature Retreat Centre & Yoga of Sound Studio out at Ballyhooly, North Co.Cork with some minor renovations around the place. So far I've been teaching Sound Therapy and Laughter Yoga.
When the days get warmer very soon I'll be having an open day to welcome you all! I can't wait arrghh!
