Card 1) Grateful:
π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦
Dear One,
When faced with crisis, stress, a busy schedule or other issues, you may lose your ability to slow down and appreciate the beauty of life. You may be focusing on what you don't have rather than what you do have. Commit to offering a daily prayer of gratitude for all the good things in your life.
When you are thankful for the people in your life life, you show it through your gestures. While you are dealing with a situation, you may start to take your support team for granted. Remember that the people in your life are there for a reason. They may be here for you to learn specific lessons. They may be learning from you. The benefit that comes from valuing the people who touch your life cannot be expressed strongly enough. When you forget to be thankful for the things others do for you, you move away from your true spiritual essence. Stop and analyse your life and the people in it. Appreciate the accomplishments of the last year. Recognise what is important in your life and remember to be grateful for it.

Treasure every day, even those that are not the best.
Card 2) Ruminate:

Dear One,
Take note of how you take on the energy around you. Do you tend to immerse yourself in unconstructive energy? Are you taking responsibility for a situation that really has nothing to do with you? Do you hold yourself in reproach for circumstances you have no control over? This might include feeling somehow responsible for inclement weather or someone else's bad mood. It makes no sense, yet you feel you played a role in it. Are you spending an unwarranted amount of time thinking about other people's situations? Self-examination is one way of identifying whether you are engaged in negative thinking.
Negative thinking can manifest in harmful self-talk or viewing yourself disapprovingly. You may do this without being aware of it. It can be done through self-depreciating humour that invites others to laugh at your expense. You may put others above you. You might give a place, an opportunity or something you rightfully earned to someone else. You may apologise constantly which lowers your energy. It may seem that you are ashamed of your presence in certain situations. You might be addicted to negative situations or participate in gossip. Be honest as you reflect on where you might be taking on negitive energy. Decide to make changes for the better.
A flautist plays as her thoughts encircle her. This card depicts the thoughts and situations that are crowding your psyche. The birds, stars and flowers portray growth, healing, love, blessings and connection to self. If you find you are overthinking something, find a distraction to help you move forward. Music is a wonderful way to quiet your mind.
Card 3) Choice:
π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦
Dear One,
Somewhere along the way you have given up your right to decide. This can happen for many reasons. You may have quit making choices under the pretext of being agreeable or putting someone else's needs before your own. It may be that decision making is too overwhelming right now. You have so many options. Each choice you make can take you closer or further from your desires, so it is imperative that you start exercising your power of choice.
If you feel confused about a decision, evaluate what is going on. Come up with a list of possible outcomes. Make your list as long and elaborate as you need. Ask yourself what is blocking your ability to decide. Are you trying to please someone else? Are you afraid of making a wrong choice? Choosing not to decide, is a choice. Decide to make healthy choices that meet your needs and desires.
