Open Door Open Door is an activity Centre for adults with physical and sensory disabilities in North Wicklow a Open Door provides a vital social outlet.

Open Door Day Centre provides facilities and activities including art, woodwork, ceramics, physiotherapy, computers and music for adults with physical disabilities. Open Door also offers families and carers a much needed break.

Our friends at Abbott are undertaking a sponsored walk from their Cherrywood facility to Open Door in Bray (7km) on Wednesday 24th June to raise funds to go towards purchasing a new bus for Open Door. All support is greatly appreciated. Thank you also to Bernadette, Peter & Thomas for donating €250 directly.

President Rosemary Gantly had the pleasure of presenting a cheque for €7000, the proceeds of her charity day in aid of Open Door to Mick Lernihan, Chairman, Jonathan Donnelly, Trustee and Suzanne Cox, Development Officer.
Well done to all concerned for their generous support.

We were delighted to receive a grant from Monkstown Hospital Foundation to purchase new Physiotherapy equipment. These items are being used every day by our members and are a great addition to the Centre. Thank you very much to all at MHF.
