The music is designed to wake you up at the Base of your being and take you on a journey.
Connecting you to your Base energy Activates your Shakti and so it can then move upwards through your body into your Heart and Crown.

We let the body lead. We allow the body to move freely. We allow the body to release what it needs to through movement.

We are just a few days into our 21 Day Meditation Experience and already I have received such Beautiful feedback ⭐
This message really made my day!

While I am used to posting videos with information regarding events, working online is completely new to Me.

It felt strange at first not being in a room full of people. I like to feel the room and notice peoples needs. Now here I am looking at myself on camera, talking to people I can't see hoping there will be no technical issues 😆

The first couple days I was nervous ,..now I'm really dropping in. I know I can do this. I am enjoying the experience and I am so grateful I followed the soul nudge, put myself out there and took a chance on something new ✨

So grateful to the beautiful souls who said Yes to taking this journey with Me.
