Today, the 1st August, is the ancient Gaelic harvest Festival of Lughnasagh. It is the beginning of Autumn and the anticipation of the harvesting of crops. Today, I welcome in the Celtic god Lughnasagh to open the direction of the west, the third quarter of my medicine wheel. We give thanks for the good summer and the fruitful harvest of crops and fruit it brings forth. This is the time of year when we celebrate this festival and all the farming shows and other events take place at this time.

This third quarter in the direction of the west connects with the moon and represents evening, and the adulthood stage of life. It represents the element of water and is linked to the planet Saturn. It is also connected to the aspect of the heart, our physical well-being, introspective and insight, a place where we hold the strongest energy. This direction is represented by the ceremonial plant of Sage and the herb Thyme.

This third quarter of the medicine wheel is planted with autumnal colour, imbued with cleansed, charged and concentrated crystals of red jasper, aquamarine, Carnelian, amber, peridot and clear quartz, significant to the season, element the Celtic Festival and god Lughnasadh. Placed into the earth of the third quarter of the west with the blessing of Lughnasagh and the Spirit animal of the west, Jaguar, who in Shamanic traditional healing and ceremony, eats all heavy energy in its path. She has no fear in this world or the next and protects our medicine space from unwanted energies and entities. She treads softly across the jungle floor, teaches us the way of peace and shows us the way beyond death itself.

As with the change of season and the energy, so too, does the internal energy change, represented by the change from summer colours to autumnal within the healing space. As within so without, as above so below.

This is a time of reflection on our own personal fruits we bring forth this year and give gratitude for our own personal harvest for this year.

With the aid of therapy singing bowls placed directly on specify parts of the body, the specific frequencies and vibrations brings our bodies back to a state of homeostasis, allowing us self-heal and reconnect to who we really are at the core of our essence.

Benefits of Reiki:-

Reiki healing automatically balances the blocked energy pathways within the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.

It can be effective in providing relief from pain, anxiety and other emotional and physical discomforts and illnesses.

Following a Reiki healing session, the healing energy becomes integrated into the energy field of the client over the following three to five days. After the fifth day, more stagnant energy may be released from the clients energy field.

When life breaks you.....

These walls can be broken by Sound Healing Therapy, frequency and vibration, where the wounds and burdens can be dissolved, and through the cracks of these walls your light can start to shine through. The answers you seek will spill out, like golden liquid where your authentic true self can shine like the sun, where you can welcome yourself back home.

In Sound Healing Therapy; specific Singing Therapy Bowls are gently placed on the body, struck softly, sending vibrational frequencies into every part of the body and the auric fields, where the energy of the pain and trauma is held. Over time, these frequencies and vibrations slowly relax the rigidity of the cells and release the energy held deep within the bodies, tissues, muscles, bones, organs and nervous system.

Sound Healing Therapy does not ask for anything. It does not ask you to remember, speak of or re-live the experiences. The frequencies and vibrations meet you just where you are.

Our bodies reacts to music, sound and vibration, emotionally and physically. Whether it makes us want to get up and dance, or make us cry, our body and soul is reacting to the frequency, melody, sound and vibration.
