Our retreats at Lisnavagh are all about taking a few days to properly switch off and restore your balance 💆🏽‍♀️💫 Focused on rest, movement, nature, and wellbeing all of them have their designed programme based on the time of the year, prioritising our inner connection through activities such as yoga in the morning light, walks through the woods or sound baths.

But what really connects them all is the atmosphere: relaxed days, good nourishing food, quiet surroundings, and space to slow your pace. Guests often tell us it’s the combination of the house, the gardens, the woodlands, and the simplicity of the experience that allows them to fully unwind 💚

Over the coming weeks, we’re looking forward to welcoming you for more weekends of restoration, connection, and time spent well. Keep an eye on our upcoming retreats:

🧘🏽‍♀️ Return to Peace Retreat with Johanna Wakeham: This weekend is an opportunity to learn how to invite more nature into your life to positively impact your wellbeing and the earth, and to plant new seeds for your relaxation and inspiration.

☀️ Summer Solstice Retreat with Lisa Quish: This half way point of the year offers an opportunity to celebrate our vitality, connect with the senses and mirror the abundance of the land around us.

You don’t need to be experienced in yoga or wellness practices to join us. All you need is the willingness to come looking for rest, fresh air and a break from routine.

There are certain corners at Lisnavagh truly unique as they invite you to slow down without even trying 💆🏽‍♀️ From these corners the views stretch over the gardens and surrounding landscape, bringing the outside gently into the house.

That's why these quiet spots beside the windows are our favourite places to sit with a coffee, read a few pages of a book, or simply look out across the grounds as the light changes throughout the day 😍

We are happy to share with you that we will be holding another Inipi Ceremony on Sunday, 17 May with Oscar & Yaneli! This Native American Sweatlodge is a sacred and ancient tradition that offers a profound and transformative healing experience. In a rustic dome that symbolizes the womb of Mother Earth, participants gather to purify their bodies and souls through a ritualistic combination of intense heat, aromatic and medicinal herbs, drumming, and spiritual chants.

The rising steam from the volcanic rocks carries the medicine of the four elements: earth, wind, water, and fire. These will purify our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. The Inipi represents a spiritual journey, a holistic healing process, and a deeply rooted cultural heritage.

In the depths of our beings, we recognise the power and wisdom that flows through our veins. Carried through centuries, these ceremonies connect us to ancestral practices that guide us toward a deeper understanding of our divine connection to the earth, the cosmos, and each other.

📌 When and where?

Sunday, 17 May in the beautiful woods of Lisnavagh. Fire starts at 9am and the ceremony from 10am to 6pm. Exchange €40 per adult (U12yrs FOC). Take into account that spaces are limited to 25 people. To book your place, follow the link in our bio.

This sacred ceremony grants us a unique opportunity to honor and embrace the profound teachings of the Native American ways and apply the teachings to our own journey.

Held by Oscar and Yaneli, wisdom keepers from Mexico, this sweatlodge is a space where we can greatly benefit, by healing and expanding awareness. May the echoes of our prayers reverberate through time and space, uniting our hearts in a pure intention ❤️
