What reflexology supports isn’t always loud or obvious.

Most people come in thinking reflexology is just about relaxation and yes, that’s part of it.

But there’s also a quieter layer.

Little shifts that happen without much being said. A breath deepening, a foot warming, a shoulder finally dropping. Nothing dramatic, but not nothing either.

Reflexologists are trained to notice these small changes. Not to diagnose or overanalyse. Just to understand how your body is responding in the moment.

Because your body is always communicating.
You just need the space to hear it. 👣❤️

There’s a lot of misunderstanding around reflexology - and to be fair, it’s often been undersold.

It’s not just a quick bit of relaxation at the end of a long week.
It’s not something generic or one-size-fits-all.
And it’s definitely not about “just lying there” while nothing happens.

A reflexology session is intentional. It’s tailored. It’s responsive to you. It's not a script.

It works through specific pressure techniques on the feet that relate to different systems of the body, aiming to support balance, reduce stress, and encourage the body’s own natural responses.

No pressure to perform. No need to push through.
Just space for your body to settle and do what it’s designed to do. 💜

For leaving cert students I am offering a reduced rate of 50€ per session. (Normally 60€)
