Beginning with a journey into the breathe to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Then a guided yoga nidra meditation to drop deeper into the body followed by an immersive soundscape including himaylan bowls, Crystal bowls, Don Conreaux Eight Corners of heaven Gong , Wind Gong, chimes, ocean drum , shamanic drumming, rain stick.

Booking essential. Please advise of metal plates or pacemakers. Sound sensitive epilepsy , first trimester of pregnancy & recent surgery contradinated.

Sometimes its the simple things in life that can give us pure joy. A little walk & my morning meditation in this beautiful place just a stones throw from my house. To just pause, be present, breathe, connecting with nature. The magic of the waterfall. The sun radiating through the trees. The beauty of the flowers, snow drops, bluebells and buttercups. The ivy trailing in the water. A light breeze on my face. So much gratitude to be present in nature among all this beauty.
