Being a teenager now is a lot.

There's constant input - school, expectations, screens, friendships, pressure to figure things out - often all happening at once, and rarely with much space to switch off. It's not surprising that sleep can feel off, energy can dip, and emotions can feel all over the place.
Reflexology offers something simple but often missing. A chance to pause.
By encouraging the body to slow down and step out of that constant
"on" mode, reflexology may help support better rest, improved focus, and a greater sense of balance. It's not about fixing anything or having all the answers, but about giving the nervous system a break and allowing the body to reset.

For many teens, it's one of the few times they're not being asked to perform, respond, or keep up. Just to be.
