Workshop for teens 📕

🌟 THE SCOOP — Workshops for Teens 🌟

A relaxed, no-pressure space for young people aged 13–15 to chat, learn, have a laugh and pick up some practical ideas along the way.

Over 12 weeks, our mentor-led sessions will include:
💬 Real conversations
💡 Practical ideas and useful life skills
🙌 Hands-on workshops
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 A chance to meet and connect with others
🥪 And yes… toasties & Tayto’s included! 😋

It’s a drop-in programme, so there’s no pressure to have all the answers — just come along, get involved and take what’s useful for you.

🚜🌾 Farm Safety Week has begun! 🌾🚜

This week, we're proud to support Farm Safety Week by highlighting the importance of staying safe on our farms and looking after ourselves, our families, and our communities.

If you're passing by, call into our Resource Centre where you'll find:
📚 Farm safety booklets, leaflets, and helpful resources to take home
🎨 Colouring pages and activity sheets to keep our young farmers busy while learning about farm safety
👋 And, most importantly, a warm welcome from our team—we'd love you to pop in for a chat and say hello!

Whether you're a farmer, a family member, or simply interested in learning more about farm safety, there's something for everyone.

We look forward to seeing you throughout the week. Stay safe, look out for one another, and remember—no job is so urgent that it can't be done safely. 💚

Too much UV exposure can cause sunburn, eye damage and increase your risk of skin cancer.

When working outside, it's important to be SunSmart:
👕 Cover up with long sleeves
🧴 Use sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30+ and reapply regularly
👒 Wear a wide-brimmed hat
⛱️ Seek shade at break and lunch times
😎 Wear UV protective sunglasses
