Its roots can be traced back to 1913, when Dr. William Fitzgerald developed Zone Therapy, mapping the body into ten vertical zones and observing how pressure applied to certain areas could influence other parts of the body.
✨️In the 1930s, physiotherapist Eunice Ingham expanded on his work, creating the foot reflex maps that form the foundation of modern reflexology today.
✨️Now, thanks to the dedication of researchers and practitioners such as Kevin Kunz, reflexology is entering an exciting new era.
