Sometimes a client will attend my office enormously knowledgeable and qualified with no understanding of the themselves, unable to resolve their issues. The challenge is to guide them away from logic and towards the deeper mind, the powerful subconscious.

In developmental trauma we become the person we needed to be to survive and protect, often resulting in significant issues in adult life. In therapy I work with the client to gently unravel some of these unconscious stitches to enable the client to be evolve and grow.

Sometimes a client attends and it is clear that their unhappiness relates to an unfulfilled working life even though it is financially very rewarding. Often people are not connected to the higher vibration of purpose. When this shift occurs it can be life changing significantly improving physical and mental health.
