I am sharing a very special course. Having struggled with how I relate with food for most of my life, the insights from Osho inspired me to share this 6 week course with you. If you struggle with eating too much or use iron will to not eat but mentally obsess about food, this course is for you.
Together we explore inwardly, how you relate with food. We look at our inner judgments, our eating environment, access our body's inner wisdom to experience the right foods for your individual body, we move from unconscious eating to conscious eating where we experience gratitude to all the foods we receive. Join me for the free taster on 29 April:

Less pressure. More presence. 7 weekly sessions on Zoom.

Next Thursday I am starting a Lunchtime Inner Work series.

In an age of complexity, rapid pace and change, there are multiple demands for our attention and time, which impact our choices. This free, interactive lunchtime series will support you to reclaim your attention and time so you can make space for more intentional living on your terms.

Starting February 5, 2026 | First Thursday of each month | 1 hour on Zoom. It is limited to 20 places and is interactive so not recorded.

In Month 1, we explore how your attention is being commodified & ways to reclaim it back for the things you want to do.

In Month 2, we look at where your time goes on what & ways to reduce, delegate, pause, or stop the things that do not serve you.

In Month 3, we complete this series by reclaiming your space so you can make intentional choices in your life that energise and engage you.

To book your place on this FREE series, see the link in the comments.

What does striving for the "perfect" life actually cost you?
Most perfectionists swing between two extremes like:

- Intense seriousness and relentless pushing
- Numbing out to escape the pressure (hello, endless scrolling)
- Guilt that destroys any peace of mind

Sound exhausting doesn't it? That's because it is. I share a new video and client story on how to reframe perfectionism into "I am enough", without lowering your standards.

Watch here:

Do you identify as a perfectionist? If yes, what does it cost you?In this episode of the "I am / I lack" series, I explore how perfectionism creates an exhau...

When I read in the Book of Secrets from Osho that our attention is our being and I connected this with how our attention is being grabbed and pulled in many ways, I talked about how you can reclaim back your attention for the things that matter for you.

In this video, I talk about the power of attention, and how you can redirect your attention to activities and things that matter to you. If you feel like you...

In this video, I explore the fifth element of inner richness: trust.
We’ll look at what it really means, how it shows up in daily life, what blocks it, and ways you can strengthen it.

Trust is when you see that life unfolds in its own way even when the outcome doesn’t match your expectations but you know overall things often work out for the best. Trust is about receiving life as is.

Trust begins with learning to trust yourself and I ask a couple of questions so you can explore where your level of trust is right now.

I talk about the main blocks to trust, which are fear, disappointment, and seeing the world as dangerous. In reality, the world is neutral and it mirrors how you perceive it. If you believe the world is unsafe, this gets reflected back to you and if you trust it is friendly, this too is reflected back to you.

To grow in trust, start small. Ask your heart how you can expand your trust today and see what it tells you. I close with sharing that trust does not mean you leave yourself unprotected. It is a dance between openness and healthy boundaries.

In this video, I explore the fifth element of inner richness: trust. We’ll look at what it really means, how it shows up in daily life, what blocks it, and wa...

This video explores the second element of inner richness: authenticity.
Authenticity is about being fully yourself — not the version shaped to please others, but the real, imperfect, honest you. From a young age, many of us build a personality as a kind of protection. We pick up masks shaped by our parents, society, religion, or culture. Over time, those masks help us fit in, but they also disconnect us from our true self. We end up with different versions of ourselves for different situations — and that can feel exhausting.
Living authentically means having the courage to show up as you are — with your limits, your flaws, and your truth. You stop copying others. You let yourself be seen. You make choices that align with your values, like honestly ending a relationship, saying no to work that doesn’t feel right, or quietly honouring what’s true for you without minimising it.
We’ll also talk about common blocks, like people-pleasing, masking, and pushing yourself to do things you don’t actually want to do — which can be deeply draining.
And finally, I share simple ways to build more authenticity in your life:
• Accepting your mistakes
• Being honest when you don’t know something
• Listening to your body when something feels off, what I call 'notes' in the body
• Noticing and celebrating the moments when you are authentic
• Reflecting on how it feels when you are authentic compared to when you pretend
