Acknowledgement: Mary McEleney
We, the family of the late Mary McEleney (Diver), Three Trees, Quigley's Point, would like to express our sincere gratitude to all those who sympathised with us during our sad loss.
Thank you to all who attended the wake or funeral from near and far, who sent Mass cards, sympathy cards and shared such wonderful memories with us, we will be forever grateful.
We are extremely grateful to our family, friends, neighbours and local businesses who provided food, shared their homes and helped us in so many ways.
We extend our thanks also to the Doctors and Nurses in Letterkenny University Hospital, the Doctors and their team in Moville Surgery, alongside Hannons Pharmacy in Moville, for the attentive care for Mary.
Special thanks to Karen, Mary and the palliative care team, who cared with such kindness and compassion for Mary at home and who were a huge support for our family, we are truly grateful.
Sincere thanks to Father Farren and Father McDevitt who took the time to call to the house and pray for Mary and the family and celebrating a beautiful Requiem Mass and Burial.
Thank you to everyone who took part during Mass, Danny McCarron and Lily-Mae for the lovely music and the grave diggers.
Thank you to Comiskey Funeral Directors for the caring, professional and dignified way in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.
Thanks to Simpsons for the refreshments served after the funeral.
It would be impossible to thank everyone individually so we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted by all, as a token of our sincere gratitude and appreciation.
On behalf of ourselves and the Palliative Care Team, Donegal Hospice, we greatly appreciate the very generous donations received.
Mary's month mind Mass will take place in The Sacred Heart Church, M**f, on Saturday 27th June at 6.30pm.
