Things have been going from strength to strength & I cant thank my clients enough for supporting me & trusting me with their stories, their journeys & their well-being.... its been an adventure 🤩

What are Chakras…..

Chakras are energy centres within the body of living things that help to regulate all its processes from organ function to the immune system and emotions. We have 7 chakras that run from the base of the spine to the top of our head…

What happens when Chakras are unbalanced….

Reiki is a beautiful treatment, soothing & relaxing that helps to balance our Chakras & make us feel whole again.

Yesterday was 💚 Love Donegal Day 💛 & everyday I'm so glad this is where I live...

We often feel neglected & sometimes we are as a county but we have something no one else has.... we have the rolling hills, the most beautiful & tranquil beaches & the nicest people...

My next challenge is gonna be the Donegal Camino in aid of Cancer Care West because what better way to see the rest of Donegal than to walk it... and i am really looking forward to the challenge...

As i am not the most tech minded person about & I've recently found myself admiring so many lovely advertisements from different businesses on my news feed... The penny finally dropped with me 😲 Chat GBT...

So I thought I'd do a poster comparison.... Pic Collage versus Chat GBT...

Both are lovely but Chat GBT does have an edge looking more professional....

But the reality is, it doesn't matter who designed the poster.....

How ever it does matter how you feel after your 2 treatments....
