This October 17th and 18th Bruce Greenhalgh will present a two day in person workshop on:

Healing Your Inner Critic
Venue: Place 4 You, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.
Cost: €160
Early bird € 140 until 13th September 2026
Booking: https://anihealingyourinnercritic.eventbrite.ie/
This workshop has been approved for 13 IACP credits.

Do you ever feel hounded by an inner voice insisting you’re not good enough, not doing enough, or somehow falling short? This two day, hands on workshop uses the wisdom of Adlerian psychology to help you understand where that voice began, what it’s been trying to protect, and how to gently reshape it.
Through experiential activities, early recollections, and the steadying impact of real encouragement, you’ll explore the beliefs that fuel your inner critic and start shifting toward courage, self kindness and genuine connection. You’ll leave with practical tools and a clearer sense of your own worth — not by erasing imperfections, but by growing alongside them.

Exploring Ageing: Why Adler and Ageing?

Adler believed meaning comes from contribution, belonging, and the courage to keep moving towards life not from productivity or status. That’s a quietly radical way to think about later life, in a culture that so often measures worth by output.

Ageing brings real losses: of capacity, role, people, certainty. But it also opens up possibilities - integration, generativity, a different kind of usefulness.

Our own attitudes to ageing shape how we sit with older clients, how we listen to older colleagues, and how we think about our own later years. Join us as we explore these attitudes together, openly and without judgement.
