June reminded me that courage doesn't always look the way we expect.

For me, it was finding the confidence to step onto the stage last Friday and dance a jazz solo for my 50th birthday.

For so many dancers competing at the Dance World Cup this month in Dublin, courage has meant showing up after months, and often years, of dedication, hard work and perseverance.

Whatever your stage looks like, remember that courage isn't about being fearless. It's about taking the next step, even when your heart is racing.

As we welcome July, I hope you find the courage to do something that helps you grow, brings you joy and reminds you just how capable and amazing you are.

Here's to spreading our wings, one brave step at a time.

Love does not always come in words.

Sometimes it is found in showing up.
Helping out.
Building a shed.
Making time.
Being there when it matters.

A father's care can look different from one family to another, but its impact can last a lifetime.

This Father's Day, we celebrate all the Dads, Grandads, Godfather's, Uncles, mentors and father figures who support, encourage and care in their own unique ways.

We also remember all the Dads who are here to share the day but remember the great memories with with them x

Thank you for the difference you make every day.

What activity made you lose track of time as a child?

Drawing?
Dancing?
Reading?
Building?
Climbing trees?
Exploring outdoors?

Children naturally spend time doing things that bring them joy.

As adults, life can become busy and those simple pleasures can get pushed aside.

Today, take a moment to think about what made you feel happy, calm or fully present when you were younger.

Could you make space for a little of that today or this week ?

Your wellbeing doesn't always need something new. Sometimes it begins by reconnecting with something you have always loved.

have always loved dance since I was a child from ballet to Irish dancing to my Mum bringing us to watch shows. Dance has brought a lot of joy back into my life over the past two years when I went back dancing with Dunshaughlin Dance.

Stay tuned to see hoe Dance is going to be part of my big roundy birthday next week !

A new week.
A new moon.
A fresh opportunity to begin again.

Take a moment to pause, breathe and set an intention for the days ahead.

You do not need to have everything figured out.
Just take the next small step.

Wishing you a week filled with calm, connection and many possibilities.

Your path in life does not have to look like everyone else's.
We have to learn to trust where our feet are leading us and listen to our heart.

Four years ago, I decided to stop drinking alcohol, it wasn't because anyone told me to. I just felt it wasn't helping my mental or physical health.

It was simply the right path for me.

That choice became an important part of my wellbeing journey. My anxiety reduced and my intuition increased, I slept better and felt more able for the rollercoaster of peri-menopause and the challenges of life.

We all have different paths to wellbeing. What works for one person may not work for another. The important thing we have to learn to do is to listen to yourself and make choices that support your own health, happiness and peace of mind.
You know what is best for you when you give yourself time to tune in to your inner knowing.

Trust your own path, even if it looks different from everyone else's.

A New week begins .....

A gentle reminder to celebrate yourself.
Not just the big achievements.
Celebrate the small steps.

The moments you rested when you needed to.
The times you kept going when things felt hard.
The kindness you showed yourself and others.

Your wellbeing matters.

This weekend my body decided to stop me in my tracks as it knows its the only I stop. Sore knee and throat seized up (maybe too much talking) meant I did nothing yesterday. Resting is something that I still have to work on as my mind is always racing ahead and it takes Aongus to remind me of what has been achieved even when there is still loads more to do !

What is one thing you can celebrate about yourself this week?
