Moving, Breathing and staying Embodied My name is Connie-Jane - Yoga teacher, Dancer, & lover of embodied movement. My classes are inclusive & authentic.

In 2018 I travelled to Rishikesh India and immersed myself in the practice of Yoga, and gained my teaching certificate. My aim is to help you to OWN your practice, feel empowered in your movement, and learn to be your own guide. We owe it to ourselves to take care of ourselves. But my body & mind are certainly craving slow, soothing, nourishing & grounding practices on the regular at the moment... maybe yours are too!
