With temperatures soaring recently, a visit from the ice cream van was a much appreciated surprise for the staff at the Mercy University Hospital on Friday!

High temperatures can affect anyone, but some people are more vulnerable to the effects of heat, including:

➡️ People with chronic medical conditions
➡️ Pregnant women
➡️ Those who work or spend long periods outdoors

Thank You Conor 👏

We want to say a huge thank you and congratulations to Conor Kelleher who ran his first marathon in aid of the Mercy Foundation at the recent Cork City Marathon 👏

Completing the 42km route, Conor raised a fantastic €1,570 for the foundation, an amazing amount which will fund advanced care and hope for patients attending the Mercy University Hospital Cork .

Congratulations Conor, thanks to fundraisers like you and those who donated to you, we can continue to ensure world-class care and better outcomes for patients.
