HIGH PROTEIN HOT HONEY CHICKEN BURGER πŸ”₯πŸ”

Craving a takeaway burger without the calories? This one delivers serious crunch, spice, and flavour while keeping protein high and calories in check.

Ingredients:
βœ… 1 chicken fillet (butterflied)
βœ… 30g spicy panko breadcrumbs
βœ… 1 egg white
βœ… Lettuce
βœ… Light burger bun
βœ… 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
βœ… 1 tsp honey
βœ… Spray oil

Method:
1️⃣ Dip chicken in egg white, then coat with spicy panko crumbs.
2️⃣ Air fry at 200Β°C for 14-16 mins until golden and crispy.
3️⃣ Mix sweet chilli sauce and honey together.
4️⃣ Toss the crispy chicken in the sauce.
5️⃣ Build your burger with lettuce and a light bun.
6️⃣ Enjoy every bite without blowing your calories!
