We specialise in helping children reach and exceed their expected potential no matter how high the mountain may seem.

The earlier the seeds of OT intervention are planted, the stronger the roots become.

Happy Christmas and a peaceful New Year to everyone. 🎄🥂🎅🏼

May everyone feel regulated, happy, and surrounded by family and friends. Do whatever normal looks like for your family & make sure to look out for small glimmers in everyday moments. ✨

Thank you for everything in 2025. We have loved every moment of it, from our big move, supporting and welcoming so many old and new families and finally saying goodbye to all our trades men👋🏼 (we do appreciate ye though).

We can’t wait to share what new and exciting projects 2026 will bring!

An achievement I will always remember ☑️

I’m so proud to support my local Ladies Football Team and give back to the community that shaped me.

Growth and expansion mean being able to give back in small ways, where I can and there’s no better place to start than supporting the next generation of children in Donoughmore ⚫️⚪️

Here’s to empowering women on the pitch and celebrating community and teamwork. 🖤⚽ ’tSeeItSheCan’tBeIt

Some before and during photos… final photos to come in the near future ❤️

Since May, Spring Therapy has been turning a shell of a building into some lovely therapy rooms. Walls up, floors in, paint on, rooms forming. Loads to do, but the progress is huge. Slow and steady wins the race wall by wall, room by room. 🎨🏗️
