I am from Ireland and I love to travel (mainly to discover new foods!). I lived in Toronto, Canada from 2015 - 2017 where there was plenty of Vegan and Gluten Free options. I know it can be more limited depending on where you are so I want to share recipes that include ingredients that shouldn't be hard to source.
