💜 Staff Appreciation Week at Clarinbridge Care Centre 💜

We had a lovely start to Staff Appreciation Week at Clarinbridge Care Centre, which also coincided with World Safeguarding Day.

Some of our wonderful staff marked the day by wearing purple to work, helping to raise awareness around the importance of safeguarding and the role we all play in promoting dignity, respect and protection for those in our care.

To add a little fun to the day, staff also took part in a safeguarding quiz with prizes — a great way to learn, engage and celebrate teamwork.

A big thank you to all our Clarinbridge staff for your continued dedication, kindness and commitment every day. We appreciate everything you do. 💙

🌟 Launching Staff Appreciation Week at Windmill Healthcare🌟

This week, we are delighted to officially launch our **Staff Appreciation Week** across Windmill Healthcare.

It is a special opportunity for us to recognise and celebrate the incredible dedication, kindness and commitment shown by our teams every single day. From our nursing, care, housekeeping, catering, activities, maintenance, administration and management teams — each person plays such an important role in supporting our residents and making our centres warm, caring and welcoming places to live and work.

Throughout the week, our centres will be celebrating in their own special ways, with moments of thanks, treats, activities and appreciation for the wonderful people who make Windmill Healthcare what it is.

A wonderful day out for our residents from **Killeline Care Centre** on Wednesday, as another group enjoyed our second trip to **Loughill Picnic Park**. ☀️🌳

Everyone made the most of the beautiful sunshine, enjoying a fun game of **boccia**, some refreshments, and plenty of chat and laughter.

Here are a few lovely moments from Abbot Close Care Centre recently! 📸✨

Residents and staff had great fun with water gun parachute games, followed by a refreshing ice-cream and mocktails afternoon. We also enjoyed a wonderful arts exhibition, showcasing creativity and talent, and finished off with a lovely ice-cream treat for residents and staff on a beautiful sunny day. 🍦☀️

A fantastic few days full of fun, laughter, creativity and community spirit. 💛
