Hi everyone. I wanted to share this delightful little festival with you. I'll be teaching two Amerta movement workshops. It's at the end of this month, at An Sanctoir, in southwest Ireland, where MAM was held last year. There are lots of great facilitators offering workshops based on many different disciplines, all sharing our love of the land and nature-based embodiment practices. Research weekend! In preparation for our movement and art making immersion 'MAKING SPACE' later this year, Laura O'Brien and I spent last weekend at Gorsehill in Wicklow, immersed in and evolving our own practice. Such a beautiful place, overlooking the Irish sea in its vast shimmering glory. Quite breathtaking. The work was deep, the land moved us, we came away inspired and softened.
