I am a qualified Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher, prenatal teacher, mum and baby yoga teacher and Beginners Yoga teacher. I teach in Douglas Yoga Centre. I studied @ YTTC, Green Lotus Yoga Cork & The Elbowroom Dublin. I offer pregnancy yoga, pregnancy and postnatal massage and mum and baby yoga. Looking forward to seeing you on the mat

Pregnancy Yoga - 6.30pm - 7.45pm
Wednesday - Douglas Yoga Centre (IN PERSON FROM THE 22ND SEPT)
Pregnancy Yoga - 6.15pm - 7.30pm
Classes wll be a HYBRID of INPERSON & ZOOM


Pre and postnatal massage also available in the therapy room in the Douglas Yoga Centre (TBD WITH COVID RESTRICTIONS)

Let your birth partner find their way and what they’re comfortable with doing and saying and how they can help you physically and emotionally when welcoming your baby into this world.

So grateful for every client who supported me in 2025. Being part of your journey—watching bodies change, strength grow, and beautiful little souls come into the world—is an honor beyond words. This year had its challenges, but after 16 years of teaching, it doesn’t matter if there’s one person or twenty on the mat—I will always show up. Yoga has carried me through marriage, motherhood, loss, and so many life moments, all alongside this incredible community. Thank you for being part of my journey and letting me be part of yours . So here is to 2026. Let’s continue to help and support each other ✨🧘‍♀️

It always makes me smile and really fills my heart hanging the kids stocking. We longed for our 3rd for years and years and as hard as it was TTC for 7 years she was worth the wait. If you are going through something similar remember you are not alone. ###

Last workshop of the year, November 23, 2025. €90 per couple includes handouts and refreshments.
This is a very relaxed and welcoming workshop to help both parents prepare for the labour and birth of Baby. We will focus on labouring positions in standing, all fours or lying in the bed. We will have a break halfway through and then go through the handouts with questions and answers and at the end my husband pops in to share his experience on the journey
