Hayfever Alert ‼️ Pollen counts are high these sunny times causing allergy symptoms such as sneezing, nasal congestion & watery eyes 🤧. Over the counter antihistamines & nasal steroid sprays alleviate symptoms. Other helpful measures include wearing wrap around sun glasses ,applying Vaseline to the nostrils to trap pollen & avoiding freshly cut grass ☀️🕶️☀️
