Meet Amy 🤍

Amy’s Pilates journey began after suffering a double knee injury and being told she would have to give up activities she loved, including leg day and tag rugby.😣

Wanting to stay active without putting further strain on her knees, Amy discovered Pilates and quickly fell in love with it. ✨

She loved that Pilates allowed her to work her whole body, build strength and move without pain. The more she practised, the more she dreamed of becoming an instructor herself.

Amy went on to complete her Pilates instructor training and is now so excited to begin her journey as part of the Croí team. 🫶🏼

Welcome to Croí, Amy! We’re so happy to have you 🤍

Meet Kate 🤍✨

Kate’s Pilates journey began when she joined Croí, and she instantly fell in love with it!

Inspired by her experience, Kate took the leap and became a Pilates instructor herself. Now, having the opportunity to teach in the very studio where it all began feels so surreal for her. 🥹

We’re so grateful to have Kate as part of the Croí community and can’t wait to see her begin this exciting new chapter! 🤍

You can see Kate on the mat every Monday & Thursday!

Come join her class you won’t regret it 🌱
