What a wonderful day we had yesterday welcoming the Pride of Place judges to Cornafean!
From the moment they arrived, our community came together to show them what makes Cornafean so special; our people, our spirit and our sense of community.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make the day such a success. To Cornafean Community Support & Social Club, Cornafean Health & Wellbeing, Cornafean Men’s Shed, Starcamp, Cornafean/Arva/Killeshandra Community First Responders, Crossdoney Foróige, and the Grow Together Group, thank you for showcasing the incredible work you do throughout our community. ❤️
A very special thank you to all our volunteers, every person who helped, no matter how big or small the contribution, played a part in making Cornafean shine. Thank you to all who gave testimonials about the Social Club & Star Camp, greatly appreciated.
We hope the judges saw what we already know, that Cornafean is more than just a place. It is a community that cares. A community that supports. A community that comes together. 🤝
To our wonderful judges, thank you for visiting us, listening to our stories and taking the time to see the heart behind all that we do.
Whatever the outcome, we are incredibly proud of Cornafean and of everyone who makes our community what it is. 🥰

The conference organised by Community First Responders volunteers for Community First Responders volunteers. Early Bird Registration won't be open for a few weeks yet.
