Despite the joy in both of us in this picture. We carry the tears. The tears of Tuam, of Bessborough. And to see Sliabh na mBan burning. Women and Babies continuing to be ignored and dishonoured in 2026.

Brigid is needed. Brigid brings us strength, heart and connection.

Together Antoinette and I will transmit Brigid to all who wish to receive on Sunday 26th at 1:30pm. We will be together in a gorgeous Forest setting which just seems the perfect place to send.

Ok I was being a little funny with this post. But it does need saying. Coming to me for Homeopathy, it does take commitment from the Client, commitment to take those remedies.

And this time of year is often most challenging as routines go awry, people keep forgetting to take remedies. In fact, for some I suggest, let’s take a holiday from Homeopathy over the summer. And that’s a lovely thing to do too.

For others though, they set reminders on their phone, they place certain remedies on their bedside locker. They commit. Not to me! But to their own Health and Wellness. To their own journey with Homeopathy. And I love being part of that with them.

But some clients stop remedies or only take certain remedies. Without consulting me. Sometimes because another practitioner interfered with my prescription and they listened to them. And then in their followup, tell me their symptoms are the same. Well yes Karen, they would be. You didn’t take your remedies!

And before someone suggests, yes I know not everyone needs to ingest their remedy to experience effect from it, but that’s a whole other post. Let’s say for here, the vast majority of clients are ingesting their remedies.

With higher air temps in Ireland, we see the sea temps rising too.

And that means one thing for dippers and swimmers 🪼

Honestly they terrify me. Which is why one summer I sat down and researched the possible remedies that could support someone if they were stung. And thus my combination Jelly fish sting remedy was born.

The last few years, more and more people are using it. And last year I had my first sting - very minor. But my remedy resolved any pain and sensation after two doses!

So if you want to avoid some stranger attempting to wee on you! Why not have some of this as part of your beach necessities!

This little boy was terrified I was going to hurt him after experiencing laser treatment.

When I reassured him my little pillules were magic sugar he was delighted.

Klara is not my clients real name.

In her intake form her reason for the visit appeared so simple, “I want to feel better and not tired”. That was it.

Over the course of her consultation, the many causations of her feeling unwell and depletion of her energy were more complicated than her statement.

When one has a lot of physical challenges in 6 weeks a lot can be achieved, but if you have a long standing condition it’s important to have reasonable expectations also.

The big thing is there were shifts in that first prescription - shifts not experienced by conventional medications.

The foundation is set, so I am optimistic that we can continue to improve Klara’s overall well being.

The idea that you are broken ends now.

You are perfect, you always have been.

Yes your body may be screaming at you right now, perhaps you don’t understand the message. That’s ok. But with me and Homeopathy remedies together we can listen to what your body is telling us and support accordingly.

But not for one minute do you need to be saying thinking or feeling like you are broken.

Anybody telling you otherwise give a wide birth to.

Ok, as a homeopath, I have one of my homeopathy kits permanently in the van! And I often grab my second kit too!
