Proud moment! 🥳 The Great Care Co-op is a finalist for the National Age Friendly Ireland Healthy Ageing Award (sponsored by HSE Ireland and Roinn Sláinte, Department of Health ).

As we all live longer, staying healthy, active, and connected in our later years is so important. By shifting the focus to co-operative ownership and community-rooted care, we are showing that a fairer, better model of home care is possible for both carers and older adults.

Being recognised alongside other fantastic initiatives like Third Age Ireland's Age Well project and Art of Life

It gives a little insight into some of what makes Great Care Co-op different from other care providers.

𝗪𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲. So you know who the carer is. It isn't a new face, or a new name every time you open the door.
