An hour of heat, sea air and stillness can make all the difference.

We’re open 7 days a week throughout the summer with €15 one-hour sessions.

A special message to everyone starting the Leaving Cert this week: best of luck. Work hard, do your best, but remember that these exams don’t define you.

As a small way of helping you unwind, we’re offering €5 sauna sessions for Leaving Cert students until June 23rd.

You deserve a chance to relax too. 🔥🌊
