A gentle yoga practice followed by deep relaxation and energy healing will leave you feeling calmer, lighter, and more balanced.

This is a journey of:

Our Healing Sundays always start with yoga. Yoga is a medicine that allows everyone to arrive into the space, connect with their bodies, and gradually release any tension stored in the muscles and the joints.

After yoga, we gently move into deeper relaxation, followed by Reiki - energy healing.

In Setu Studio, Kilcornan, Clarinbridge.

In a group, it is easier to open up to receiving. We are all in the same position. We come to relax, heal, and reset.

Our Healing Sundays always start with yoga, which allows everyone to arrive into the space, connect with their bodies, and gradually release any tension stored in the body.

After yoga, we gently move into deeper relaxation, followed by Reiki - partly hands-on and partly distant energy transmission.
