My Yoga classes are paused for the summer but I’ll be teaching “pop-up” classes on Saturdays from 11-12 in The Studio in Carrigaline Court Hotel.

These classes are suitable for absolute beginners or for those who have flexibility/mobility issues. If you would like to know more send me a message or follow the link below.

I nearly forgot to post this! Spent the whole day gardening and incorporating Yoga poses during all the work I did.

Today, 21st of June I mark International Day of Yoga, the Summer Solstice and being a yoga teacher for 8 years. I am loving the evolution. Thank you for being with me on this journey.
