We've received reports of fraudulent text messages claiming to be from the HSE about Medical Cards and asking people to make a payment.
These messages are scams. We will never ask you by text message to make a payment or provide your bank details.
If you receive a suspicious message:
• Don't click on any links.
• Don't share your personal or banking information.
• Delete the message.
If you believe you've been targeted by fraud, contact your bank immediately and report it to your local Gardaí
