A session at Soulful by Sofi is never exactly the same. 🤍

There’s no set formula and no expectation of how you should feel or what you should experience.

Depending on what feels right for you on the day, your session may include Reiki, Access Bars, chakra alignment, aura cleansing, spiritual guidance, or angel cards and messages.

Sometimes you might want to talk. Sometimes you might just want to lie back, be quiet and let yourself receive.

It’s your time, your experience, and we simply see where it takes us. ✨
