Begin your journey as a healer with this Reiki Seichem Level 1 workshop on Thursday 30th July.
In this one day workshop you'll receive an attunement into Reiki or Seichem to help you channel healing energies, have lots of time to practice and go away with a new skill, a certificate and a manual. You'll be able to practice on yourself and friends and family or use it as a foundation for Level 2. This is a small friendly class and a wonderful add-on for massage therapists or bodyworkers.

✨ Myth-busting time! ✨

When people hear “hypnosis,” they often think of pocket watches or stage shows. But real hypnotherapy is nothing like that.

Here are just a few myths I hear all the time:

❌ “Only weak-minded people can be hypnotised.”

New Reiki workshop date

I’ve just set my next date for Reiki/Seichem training for Sunday 26th January. It’s a little way away but it’s a great way to start off the New Year. If that’s too far away for you and you get a small group together before then I’m open to finding an earlier date.

So why learn Reiki?
Reiki is a great introduction to energy healing and you get so much out of this one day training. I believe everyone has healing abilities and the attunements you receive during a Reiki workshop help wake up and enliven those natural abilities. I see it a bit like tuning into a radio station and getting a clearer signal. The training provides a framework for doing a healing session, on yourself or others, introduces you to sensing the energy of chakras and what each chakra represents, and ways of incorporating the energy of Reiki into your life in a practical way. Many people have reported increased intuition or greater clarity.

For hands-on practitioners such as massage therapists, bodyworkers it is something that will enhance your work and increase effectiveness. Parents can use it on their children, pet owners can use on their pets, anyone can use on their family and friends and more importantly you can use it on yourself. It’s so versatile and once you’re attuned, you have it for life.

So what’s the difference between Reiki and Seichem? Which one should I choose?
Reiki works with the Earth element which is very grounding and supportive. Seichem includes Reiki but also works with the elements of Fire (transformation) Water (emotional healing) and Air (guidance and connection to non-physical helpers). It is essentially a personal choice. I myself began with Reiki and then found that then learning Seichem allowed me to be more spontaneous and fluid in my sessions and more connected to my guidance. Everyone is different so I invite you to trust what feels right for you.

Cost is €195 for Seichem 1 and €150 for Reiki 1
The workshop will be at my home in Dromore West, Co Sligo
