Many heart opening poses use muscles along the back of the body. Practicing heart openers regularly can lead to the strengthening of back and shoulder muscles.

Heart opening poses have many benefits;

🧘‍♀️help to improve circulation
🧘increase flexibility in the chest and shoulders,
🧘‍♂️help reduce anxiety and depression
🧘‍♀️help to improve lung function and capacity
