YOU DON’T NEED A REASON TO TAKE TIME OUT - YOU ARE THE REASON!!! Easier said than done I do know believe me !! but life sometimes sweeps us along and it’s hard to step off the train. ❤️You think I’ll just keep keeping on ❤️ I’ll just get this or that over the line ❤️ You don’t want to let someone down ❤️ You step way out of your comfort zone ❤️ Push your boundaries ❤️ You stay focused on the busyness ❤️ The end is in sight …almost there ❤️ There will always be something❤️ Push the stop button now !! ✋ If you are tired take a break ✋ before you break ✋ the time will never feel right ✋ until you’ve run out of time ✋ listen to your body ✋ listen to your heart ❤️ do what makes you happy whenever you can ❤️ it doesn’t need to be expensive ❤️ time is free ❤️ but limited ❤️ take what you can of it while you can ❤️ treat yourself ❤️ before there isn’t any time left ❤️ MIND YOURSELF FIRST ❤️
