We're excited to introduce Little Ouchies to our sensory collection! 💜

These textured tactile rollers provide strong sensory input and can be squeezed or gently rolled over the hands, arms, or legs. They are designed to offer calming tactile feedback and deep pressure, making them a great addition to a sensory toolkit.

They may help with:

🧠 Improving focus and grounding
💜 Supporting sensory and emotional regulation
🤲 Providing satisfying tactile input
✨ Encouraging self-soothing and stress relief

How to exist. How to make friends. How to hold a job, manage a relationship, get through a Tuesday without feeling completely depleted. How to just... be a person in the world.

And somehow, you never got yours.

For a long time, you probably thought that was your fault.

It wasn't. You were expected to follow a manual that was never written for you.

That's exactly what this group is for. 💜

The Life Manual Nobody Gave You is a 4-week online support group for late-diagnosed and self-diagnosed autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults who are still figuring out what the diagnosis actually means for their lives.
Over four sessions we'll explore:

📌 Masking, internalized ableism & impostor syndrome
📌 Your nervous system, sensory experience & emotional regulation
📌 Accommodations, relationships & building a life that actually fits you
📌 Disclosure. Who to tell, how, and what if you don't want to

😫Feeling stuck in therapy?

Or maybe therapy is something you’ve been thinking about but it feels overwhelming or like it “wouldn’t work for you”.

Or you’ve been before and thought:
“I understand a lot… but nothing is really changing.” 🫣

This is something I hear a lot, especially from neurodivergent, q***r, or otherwise non-normative folks.

I also hear this a lot from people who’ve mostly done talk therapy for trauma:
“I understand everything… but I still feel stuck.”

🌱 It’s not that you’re “too complex” or “not doing therapy right”. It is that the context wasn’t really understood, and therapy didn’t fully fit how you experience things.

✨ What’s different about working with me?

➡️We don’t force one way of doing therapy. We co-create it depending on what actually works for you.

➡️ Sometimes we talk and map things out. Sometimes we use creative tools like Dixit cards or a sandtray. Sometimes we work with Brainspotting when things feel stuck beyond words.

➡️I’m not a silent nodding therapist, but I also know when to hold space. I’ll stay with you, think with you, and gently challenge you when it feels safe.

➡️I work in a neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQ+ affirming, poly-informed, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive way.

➡️I’m present as a real person. I fidget, I stim, I don’t hide my facial expressions. You get the real me.

➡️ I’m always reading and learning, and I bring that informed perspective into the therapy room.

I’m now offering Brainspotting (Level 1 & 2 trained) as part of my trauma-informed, neuro-affirming therapy practice 🌞🌈

Trauma isn’t something we can think or talk our way through. It’s also held in the nervous system and expressed through the body.

Talk therapy often works “top-down” 🧠, through language, reflection and meaning-making. This can be helpful, but it doesn’t always reach where trauma is stored.

Brainspotting works “bottom-up” 🌿 accessing deeper brain systems where emotional experience is held beyond words. It uses eye positions linked to activation in the nervous system to support processing at a deeper level.

Trauma can show up as chronic tension, fatigue, pain, shutdown, or overwhelming emotions in the body. In sessions, people may notice shifts like deep breathing, trembling, warmth, or release as the nervous system processes what it has held for a long time.

Brainspotting can be used on its own or integrated with talk therapy, depending on what you need.

I’m offering a sublet of my therapy room in 📍 Leeson Street Lower (Dublin 2), available on Mondays and Saturdays with flexible options:

🕰️ Full day (8:00am – 9:00pm): €60
🕰️ Half day: €35 (8:00am – 3:00pm or 3:00pm – 9:00pm)

The space has been carefully designed, especially for working with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients 💜
It includes:

🪑 Two comfortable armchairs
📚 Bookshelf, desk, and ergonomic chair
🧸 Fidget toys + weighted blanket
🃏 Therapy cards
🌬️ Air purifier
🔊 White noise machine for added confidentiality

There’s also access to a kitchen (and a microwave + kettle in the room ☕).

✨ I’m looking for someone aligned with this ethos: open-minded, neuroaffirming, and appreciative of the small details that support clients in therapy.
