We live in a small country called the Republic of Ireland. This country doesn't support and has never supported special needs kids and their families. This country doesn't spend money on early assessments, on 1-1 direct therapies, on access to healthcare and access to cross border healthcare in another EU member state. This country doesn't like bright intelligent people and doesn't like innovation in heathcare and services.
This country doesn't provide even basic supports and doesn't like to be compared to any other EU member state .

This country has not established the national health fund as the only EU country. All other EU member States have national health funds but Irlandii doesn't!

And this country ignores special needs family requests for the house inspection about mould and damp.
This country doesn't provide respite services, doesn't provide assistant of a Special Needs person in the community, doesnt deliver school based 1-1 therapies, doesnt equip classrooms, doesnt spend on evidence based practices to upskill staff working with special needs children, doesnt respect parental involvement, doesn't apply for the EU structural funds to administer EU money for disability in Ireland., doesn't share publicly about grants available to improve lives of families with disabilities.
This country doesn't like carers advocating for their disabled children.

We don't like this country.

Today we did 8 NeuroTool Advanced avant laser protocol sessions in the following domains :
Motor
Speech
Intellect
Executive function
Sensory integration
Reading
Writing
Social skills
It took us 6 hours broken into 4 x 45 minute sessions in the morning and 4 sessions after lunch.

We worked in 3 zones, using additional neurotools and specific brain wave frequencies per selected brodmann brain regions while working on those very brain functions in practice while stimulating those very brain regions at the same time.

The effect is that my Megan with autism has happily taken an active part on all those sessions and now she's picking up her favourite ice cream.
