This is a before and after of just 40 minutes work done on the upper back

Now I don’t ever believe in quick fixes.. this imbalance has gone on for quite some time and it’s only the start of the turn around!

But this shows how effective therapy work can be on correcting those imbalances.
It’s not just a “sports massage” that goes on here, it’s releasing and activating all the imbalances within the areas and also looking at every day lifestyle red flags🚩 that we can work on..

I will say though it’s very impressive to see a bit correction in one session but there is the daily lifestyle maintenance to keep it this way☝🏼

I only hand one hand to record but wanted to show a good example of loosening out between the scapulas😂 Loosening out the upper body for Paul💪🏼

Since he’s over mid way through his fight camp, we do a session weekly to keep the body ni**le free and functioning at its best.

Due to his intense training weeks, We work differently every week and listen to the bodies needs as they come.

This week he was feeling restricted around the shoulders so we worked on producing a fresh blood flow to the areas & helped loosen the joints and muscles to get a better reach for his jabbing arm..

It’s never “one treatment fits all” here in my clinic, it’s about you and your lifestyle specifically & tailoring the best outcome treatments for you🙌🏼

Dry needling & cupping is a great combo for relief/recovery & also to help kick start repairing any injuries which this combo is designed for.

Dry needling is more effective at treating pain and, depending on the situation, either stimulating or releasing tension in the problem area.
Cupping is more effective at releasing fascial tension in the tissue,which leads to a deep muscular stretch and increases range of motion.

Although this gives great relief, a post session rehabilitation plan is set in place by me for clients as I believe it is 50/50 when it comes to repairing any part of the body.

50% is done in clinic relieving pain and helping to lessen symptoms alongside tests & diagnosis.
50% is done outside of clinic through the rehabilitation protocol I set in place and also any advice I give for lifestyle tips.

When you and your therapist are on the same wave length, recovery becomes a whole lot easier😎
