I am a Birth and Postpartum Doula, infant feeding specialist, with paediatric first aid, Garda vetted, insured, Covid regulations compliant. • Would you benefit from some help in your home?
• Long ‘to do’ list and you don’t know where to start?
• Breastfeeding, and feel like you don’t get anything done in the day because baby constantly feeding?
• Formula feeding, and feel like you spend all your

time washing and sterilising bottles?
• Pumping and tired from bottle feeding and expressing?
• Is your brain a bit foggy and paperwork piling up?
• Would you like someone to help you, for a few hours, while you care for baby? During the current pandemic, families more than ever, are without local community and family support that was available to previous generations. As a healthcare worker I can fill the gap. If you have recently given birth and find yourself struggling, I will help, day and night services available. I am a Mom of 2, I have breastfed, expressed and bottle fed. I will help you and your family in your home, to adapt to new arrival and put in place a routine that suits you.

Delighted to announce that upon successful completion of the 2 day Spinning Babies workshop I am now incorporating Spinning Babies techniques into my antenatal sessions. As a result of this I am adding an Antenatal appointment at week 22 of pregnancy as part of my Birth support package.

Today was my last Postpartum session with them and I was gifted this beautiful piece by the talented Elouan. I cried. And then I cried some more.
