Felt great to run with my mates and excited to run together at Dublin Marathon

Summer is Ending

But that's a good thing for you

Summer Projects are done

Not frantically trying to organise a playdate for.your kids

Half checking your phone for a call

Moving your mouse every 10mins that you are logged in

Kids lounging in jammies watching cartoons

I will still enjoy the sunshine...

But good for you

The Summer off for the kids is over so now you will have that structure in place

You can organise your time better

Have meals at proper meal times

Everyone has a proper bedtime including you

And sitting on that fence about gym

Now is the time

Forget January - New year New Me

Start September get a head start

Before all the January people

Before Xmas madness

Put yourself a priority

If you don't know what you are doing or enjoy these scenarios they are not for you!!

So it might not be the big gym but the environment of it
