Hi everyone,
I just wanted to reach out to anyone who may have drifted away from class for a while. If that's you, please know there is absolutely no judgement here—only support, encouragement, and a warm welcome waiting for you.
Life gets busy, priorities change, and sometimes our own goals get pushed to the side. That's completely okay. There is no need to feel guilty about stopping attendance. What matters is that every day gives us a new opportunity to reset, restart, and take one small step forward.
We've just started our June Challenge, and it's the perfect time to get motivated, refocus on your goals, and reconnect with the support of the group. You don't have to be perfect, and you don't have to have it all figured out before you come back. Just come as you are.
Remember, you're never too old, and it's never too late to make a fresh start. Every journey begins again with a single decision to show up for yourself.
I would genuinely love to see you back in class and help support you on your journey. Your seat is waiting for you, and we'll be delighted to welcome you back.
You can join me at any of the following classes:
📍 Wednesday – Kilnamanagh Family Recreation Centre, 8:00am–10:00am
📍 Friday – Scouts Den, Kill, Co. Kildare, 8:00am–10:00am
📍 Saturday – Firhouse Community & Leisure Centre, 9:00am–11:00am
Or if attending in person doesn't suit, you're very welcome to join my online class every Wednesday at 7:45pm.
No matter how long it's been, we'd love to welcome you back. June is a great month for a fresh start, and I hope to see you soon. ❤️
