What if we could learn to be a little gentler with ourselves? 💛

🍁 In this video, Mary O’Callaghan shares a little about her upcoming Mindful Self-Compassion course — an invitation to pause, turn towards ourselves with kindness, and discover a different way of meeting life’s challenges.

We can be so quick to offer compassion and understanding to the people we love, yet find it much harder to extend that same kindness to ourselves.

🍁 This course is a chance to explore that relationship with ourselves — to soften the inner critic, make space for what we’re experiencing, and cultivate a more caring and compassionate way of being.
If you’ve been feeling that you need a little more kindness in your own life, perhaps this is the invitation you’ve been waiting for. 🌿

Come as you are. There’s nothing to fix. Just an opportunity to meet yourself with a little more compassion.

🌿 When things go wrong, how quickly do you blame yourself?

Most of us use harsh phrases like "What is wrong with me?" or "There I go again."
This constant negative self-talk is exhausting, stressful, and entirely unproductive. We treat ourselves in ways we would never dream of treating a friend. It is time to change the voice inside your head. 🌿

🌟 Join us at Oscailt for our transforming 8-Week Mindful Self-Compassion Course (MSC), starting Monday, September 21st. Facilitated by our founder-director Mary O'Callaghan (MA, EAP).

This programme blends mindfulness training with deep, practical self-kindness.

What you will learn to do:

• ❤️ Motivate yourself with kindness instead of criticism.
• 🌊 Handle difficult emotions with far greater ease.
• 🤝 Transform challenging relationships, old and new.
• 🔋 Manage caregiver fatigue and practice daily self-appreciation.

Upcoming Fertility workshop April 24th
With Tammi O'Flynn .oflynn.health

When people start trying to conceive, the focus often goes straight to timing. But fertility is influenced by much more than ovulation alone. The internal environment of the body — including hormonal balance, metabolic health, and the nervous system — all play a role. This is something that will be explored in more depth in this upcoming workshop.

If you’re interested in learning how to better support your body before trying to conceive, join Tammi by finding the link in her stories or bio .oflynn.health

Hey, there’s something pretty bold being planned for Eurovision. At the exact same time Israel is performing, a Palestinian artist might perform just outside the venue, so people can switch and follow a different voice in real time, and stand for dignity and justice.
Join and please keep sharing.

Israel is chasing glory again, but a surprise artist could change everything.
