To all our Leaving and Junior cert students! We’re very proud of the hard work you’ve put into your health and school participation this year and we’re wishing everyone the best.

To those of you who didn’t make it to the exams were also equally proud of you too. This doesn’t define you as a person and the hard work you’ve been putting in all year just to get to school.

Remember that it’s not all about the exams- you can still achieve incredible things, it just might be in a different way or at a different pace. 💛

Burnout.

Two branches. Same plant. Different stories.

One is thriving: green, full, reaching outward.
The other is wilted: tired, depleted, barely holding on.

From the outside, people often only see the “thriving” side. The productivity. The success. The version of you that shows up, delivers, keeps going.

But what they don’t always see is the other side. The burnout, the stress, the quiet exhaustion that shows up when you get home. In your relationships and in your energy. In how heavy everything feels.
Sometimes we’re not actually thriving, we’re just really good at masking.

So what would more balance look like for you?

Maybe it’s:
💛Not pouring everything into work and leaving nothing for yourself
💛Letting “good enough” be enough
💛Having boundaries that protect your energy, not just your output
💛Checking in with how you feel, not just how you perform. Notice your body.
💛Allowing rest and what this looks like for you before you reach the point of burnout.

Practice small changes.
