Please be aware that due to the ongoing pressure that the Covid pandemic has had on the surgery, the following changes are now being implemented:

1. There will be only a certain number of slots allocated per day for Covid phone consults as of 04/01/2022 due to the increasing volume of request for referral for PCR tests due to the delay in getting one online via the HSE.
2. The waiting time for a repeat script will be between 48-72hr. If you run out of your medications, please ask your pharmacist for an emergency script
3. If you require a Social Welfare certificate or Sick cert due to contracting Covid, please email [email protected] and we will organise that for you. Please be aware that there will be a wait before you receive this.
4. If you require to be physically examined and do not have any symptoms of Covid19/have a negative antigen test, we can book you in for an appointment in person at the surgery.
5. For any non-urgent query, please email [email protected] as the phone lines are very busy and we are prioritising patients who require immediate medical care.

We will try our best to facilitate relevant issues in a timely fashion. Please appreciate that during this extremely busy period, there will be a delay in getting back to you.
